Make a Difference in someone's life.
Soul-Care for your Members
The human condition involves many opportunities for people to hurt and suffer. The Gospel, dispensed through the Church, is God’s answer to this problem. The church has much to offer in the way of soul-care through Biblical Counseling.
Lay Counseling Training
Students will learn the basic fundamentals of Biblical counseling and how to apply these principles in real life. Students will learn to discern the root systems of problems and the Biblical approach to solving them.
Help Start A Counseling Ministry
The church has been involved in soul-care for centuries. In recent times, the church seems to have abdicated its responsibility and deferred soul-care to secular organizations and professionals. Now, churches are beginning to re-embrace soul-care. We can help.

RIM’s Relationship with Churches
There are several ways that churches can get involved with RIM.
Supporting Churches
A “Supporting Church” is a church that chooses to support RIM with prayer and periodic donations but does not necessarily contribute monthly or consistently to RIM. We understand that churches have many important tasks and a church, for some reason, may not be able to partner with RIM in a consistent and predictable manner.
We are thankful for all the churches that see the value in what RIM offers and supports the mission. Supporting churches are placed on a “Supporting Churches” list on RIM’s website.
Church Partnership
The Relational Impact Ministries (RIM) Church Partnership is an agreement between a local church and RIM to jointly pursue the mission of equipping people for life and ministry.
RIM provides specialized ministry training and Biblical Counseling as a para-church organization. Churches who partner with RIM understand RIM’s mission and desire to support the mission in ways that are practical and tangible.
Partnering churches support the mission of RIM in several ways:
1. Prayer
We believe that God places burdens of prayer on people’s hearts. The ongoing spiritual battle of reaching out to those who are struggling can be intense and very exhausting. The enemy is not willing to give up any ground. Partnering churches place RIM as a prayer priority.
2. Financial Mission’s Support
Partnering Churches place RIM in the local mission’s budget and support RIM with an annual minimum of $1,200.00. This enables RIM to function and to offer discounts to Partnering Church members who engage in Biblical counseling and training opportunities.
3. Spreading the Biblical Counseling Message
Partnering Churches believe in the sufficiency of Scripture and honor the role of Scripture in
providing soul-care for Believers in Jesus Christ. Partnering Churches willingly promote RIM events and services to their members. Partnering churches agree with the Statement of Faith, Statement of Practice and Core Values, and Affirmations and Denials.
