Tim Russo Ph. D.
Tim is an ordained minister and has held various ministry positions through the years. The most rewarding is being a Biblical Counselor and Teacher. Tim is uniquely gifted in counseling individual men, couples, and church leaders, through some of life’s most difficult seasons. Tim has a Ph. D. in Biblical Counseling and is a Certified Biblical Counselor with the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (ACBC) and the International Association of Biblical Counselors (IABC). Tim and his wife, Elaine, are co-founders of Relational Impact Ministries and the Biblical Counseling and Coaching Institute where he serves as President/Director/Biblical Counselor/Teacher. Tim enjoys music, fishing, and camping. Spending time with his ever-growing family brings him his greatest enjoyment.
Elaine Russo
For over three decades Elaine has been involved in serving the body of Christ in discipling women, public speaking, and most importantly, real-life, in-the-trenches experience walking with women in their greatest times of need. Her approach to biblical counseling is refreshing and effective. She is known for her ability to help women practically apply God’s Word to their everyday lives. Her conversational approach helps her connect with her clients at a deep and personal level. Elaine is appreciated for her ability to help clients identify problems, provide objectivity, and implement truth in a way that brings a fresh perspective to their situation. Elaine is a Certified Biblical Counselor. She is the vice president and co-founder of Relational Impact Ministries and the Biblical Counseling and Coaching Institute, where she serves as a Biblical Counselor and Ministry Coordinator. Elaine resides with her husband, Tim, of 43 years, in Boerne, TX. Elaine and Tim have four lovely daughters, two sons-in-law, ten grandchildren, and an ongoing accumulation of foster grandchildren.
Nancy Dunlap
Nancy came to Relational Impact Ministries following her retirement from a local law firm where she worked for almost 24 years. Her husband passed away in October 2009, and in December of that year, they would have celebrated 44 years together. She has 2 sons, a daughter, daughter-in-law and son-in-law, all of whom are tremendously supportive of her. Her 3 granddaughters are the “sunshine” in her life. Nancy loves being a part of Relational Impact Ministries . She also works part-time for Kaleidoscope Estate Sales.
